HIIT Interval Training Video for Treadmills

Craig Ballantyne is here with a quick explanation of how to get an outstanding interval training workout on a treadmill. I do this exact same workout for 20 minutes...one minute sprinting followed by one minute walking. This will get you ripped and is by far the most effective form of cardio.
